Pathetic service by Spec-saver Pretoria cbd Jsl tower

I went to do eyes test on 24 August 2018 and they made quotation on specs. I fully paid for specs but even today (10 September 2018) I haven't received them yet while they promised me that I will get them within 7days. Pathetic service
