Pathetic service at Spec savers Northgate mall

Spec savers Northgate mall does not even deserve a single star....I have returned to wearing my old glasses because the glasses they gave me make my eyes hurt and red. When I got the glasses they told me anti glare was free..they didn't explain what type of anti glare they will put on the glasses..only to find that they put a green one that is apparently cheaper and less effective that the normal one...none of this was e plained to me I was just told anti glare will be free as they were running a special..now I'm being told to pay for the blue anti glare....pay for something that was initially advertised as free....I wrote a whole complaint to Spec savers SA.. no acknowledgement ..nothing...what a pathetic service...I'm not done thought..you are not getting away with this!
