Pathetic service
I have been waiting for longer than 4 weeks for my spectacles. The receptionist at the Sqare branch in Rustenburg is very competent but the company's service is absolutely pathetic. I am suffering from headaches because of the old spectacles I have to wear which is totally unacceptable. They catch you with great deals but their service is as much use as a chocolate teapot
