Pathetic Service!!!

I went for a contact lens fitting the first time and my trial lenses had to be ordered for me. The optometrist is a wonderful lady with the name Christine if I am correct...she really knows her stuff when it comes to eyes, but what puts my of is the unfriendly staff on the floor that never smile when you are in their presence. There is always a delay when they have to order lenses, because they dont order on time to insure promt delivery. This has happened to me twice now and no one from that branch would even inform me (and in my opinion the optometrist cant be held responible for this, because it is not her job to place orders etc...there is other staff to do that!) Must say that I am very unhappy with this type of service receiced from Greenacres branch
