Pathetic Service

My daughter went to have her eyes tested at the Unified/Florida branch.I have previously complained to the store about the service and nothing was done.After her eyes was tested no trial contacts lenses were ordered because the consultants are rude and condesending.A month later she went back.The lenses were not fitted and tested in her eyes and the boxes were ordered.At this point my daughter had an eye infection and was not wearing any lenses.We received a message to collect the lenses and within the first month she picked up that she cannot see with this lenses.I have the boxes Air Optix and the one box was opened only.We went back yesterday and were told that I need to pay for the new lenses as keep the old ones which she cannot see with!!!!I had my eyes tested and lenses done at bank city spec savers and i had the mos superb service.Is the the way your company has franchises damage the brand!all I want is my daughters proper lenses that i have paid for as this is not service!!!!
