Pathetic and unprofessional service from Spec-Savers Goldenwalk

Had my eyes tested and everything through Spec-savers Germiston and everything went well however the problem started when I never received an SMS alerting me that my Spectacles were ready for collection. Tracked it them yesterday and saw they were ready for collection since Friday. I then called the Germiston branch this morning and they said I can come collect them, I then told the lady that I spoke to that I will be sending my driver to collect on my behalf and she said it is not a problem.

My driver arrived there around 10:00 and was told that they were having a stocktake so they wont be able to assist him. I mean why didn't they tell me when I called them that they were having a stocktake and I wouldn't have sent my driver and wasted fuel. This is really pathetic and unprofessional.
