Pathetic!!!
I visited Spec savers The Reeds for an eye exam and new specs. I was informed of a co payment that I needed to make which I paid. Now 7 month’s later I am receiving an email from debt collects for a Spec savers account. Please explain to me why I never received a statement of account. My credit record is tarnished and they did not even have the decency to tell me what I supposedly owe them for😡🤯🤬🤬🤬. Spec savers better do something about this before I take this matter further
