Paid up account but it's not updated ..service is very bad

I would advise anyone to take loan to buy glasses at specsavers .I have paid up my loan for glasses but they still haven't updated me ,they gave me a call 3times that they will do a follow up and that's what they do that .they dissapear forever

I paid my other account after I paid specsavers but they managed to update it within a week

Their service it's bad bab ,their consultant are the worse they should train them to do follow up and also call the client back to give feedback..but they call you once and dissapear...then u have to call them again they start again and tell you that they will do a follow up again ...for how long ...is the follow up done overseas as it takes forever
