Paid for damaged specs and waiting for replacement

Dated 07.01.15 my daughter went for a eye test and waited for almost 3 weeks due to a wrong prescription(so they say) sent to the lab and after so many phone calls.<br> Dated 26.01.15 finally collected specs and paid in full, after the assistant Madelein discovered a stud missing which was covered by a tag, she apologized and informed us she will request a new frame which will take at least a day to arrive to transfer the lens into the new frame..and here is where the problem starts..<br> Dated 28.01.15 contacted Madelein ,no frame arrived as promised.<br> Dated 02.02.15 contacted Specsavers once again and spoke to Carla ,no frame came and said she will follow up...<br> Dated 09.02.15 contacted Specsavers again spoke to Leanie , also confirmed no frame arrived and said she will also follow up...still waiting for phone call.<br> Dated 11.02.15 contacted Deena who also said she will follow up as there still is no frame...no follow up or phone call.<br> For a professional well established company they receive a score or rating out of 10...0<br> No courtesy call, no follow up, no apology and to date still waiting it would be a different situation if we had not paid for the specs almost R2000.00<br>
