Outstanding Service Provided by Spec-Savers The Glen Shopping Centre

I would like to thank the Ladies at Spec-Savers The Glen Shopping Mall for the excellent service that they provided me with on the 28 April 2022.

I had an appointment for 10am the morning and i was a little bit early. The lady took all my details in quick succession and the process to do the pre-screening was so easy. She always had a happy tone in her voice when dealing with anyone that entered the office at The Glen Shopping Centre Spec-Savers.

While waiting to go in, She took me around to look for glasses and it was a seamless and amazing experience, The best service i have even gotten from Spec-Savers and i have been using them for years.

I got a Call the Next day at around 4:30pm stating my glasses are ready for collections. This process normally takes a week or even 2 at most but i got mine less than 48 hours later.

What an amazing experience. I will always go to that Spec-Savers with the remarkable service that was provided.
