It's an honor for me to award the 5 stars to this outlet. From the moment we set foot in this outlet,we were treated with warmth and friendliness. They made us feel at home. From Desiree,at the front desk to the optometrist, it was just an overwhelming atmosphere, filled with pride,compassion and customer service. I'm proud to be a South African, when you are treated this way. One can understand why this outlet is so busy,because all the customers are being treated as special.
