Outstanding Service

I would like to compliment Shadrack for OUTSTANDING service!! <br> <br> I had my eyes tested and failed to choose a frame. I honestly battled to find something that I really liked. I even visited 5 other stores (non-Spec Savers) in a quest to find the perfect frame but still struggled. I visited the Randburg branch a few more times and Shadrack who had seen my indecisiveness suggested that I try the Home Try On option. <br> <br> It was great! I received the 6 frames I had chosen online promptly. It must have been a day or 2 and finally found several pairs that I really liked. I went back to the Randburg store and Shadrack and the lady he works with helped me settle the frame selection story once and for all. <br> <br> I am one extremely happy customer and appreciate Shadrack's service! Shadrack was professional, always consistent and ever so humble. You have truly understood what customer service is all about. Well done and Thank you very much!! <br> <br> The Home Try On option is PERFECT for people who may struggle like I did. It was great to be able to try my choices in the comfort of my home and with my family!!
