Outstanding Service
My expensive frames broke and I was informed that there was nothing that could be done to fix or claim from warranty. However, Tersia Fourie at the Mall at Reds branch was outstanding and resolved the issue with a sense of urgency and her compassion for my predicament was appreciated. I will certainly never use another branch or supplier.
