Outrageously *********** service

I cancelled my contact lens order with THIS store today after waiting for ONE WHOLE MONTH. After phoning endlessly and being disappointed. I've been with Spec savers for years and their service is pathetic as of late.<br> No one takes accountability and these shop assistants don't know what they're doing! I have been promised week after week that my contact lenses are on their way only to phone and I had to hear all the excuses in the book.<br> From, 'we've recently recruited new people' to 'our couriers are messing up our orders'. What type of management allows for their clients to be this badly affected. ??? <br> Very soon all your customers will become aware of your incompetence and cancel their business with you to support suppliers that are there for their customers.
