Will never go back to them. I rather go to a private practice then trust these people. Just threw over R4500 away for ****. First pair of spectacles were awesome, perfect fit and my eyes didn't even need to adjust. Second pair are too big/wide, so they fall off if I tilt my head just a little. Left lens: perfect from get go right lens: a little blurry They say my eye needs to adjust, then how is the left one perfect? both my eyes don't have perfect vision. Do with this review as you will, take it as you like, but the **** I went through to explain to these numb nuts is unbelievable!!! I drove 200kms to them and 200kms back because I TRUSTED them. then they told me that I should drive back to them to get the stupid frames adjusted and that they should test my eyes again.

Should have just told me straight: "because you come from another town, we advice you go to your local optometrist"

All they want is your money and when a problem arises they have stupid grade 3 excuses.
