Not good customer service

Spec savers in trieghardt road.. closed before 5 which clearly say they close at 6. And did not even explain or open the door to advise just not good customer service. I drove all the way fron springs to get there just before 5 i saw on the internet they said 6. For her not even to say why they close before 5
