Not going the extra mile!
My husband is a long distance trucker and on the Bargaining Councils medical where we can only use specific doctor etc. We can not say when he will be at home untill the day he phones us to let us know he is on his way!! Specsaver WON'T HELP us even though they are contracted to the Bargaining Council to assist truckers!! MUST make a booking!! Now how can one make a booking if we don't even know when he will be home??????
