Not doing their Job

I Made a appointment at Spec savers Welkom in the Goldfields mall 3 months in advance! For the 21st of march which they said they were working and a day before the appointment on the 20th of March at 15:00 they phoned me and said there is a error on my medical insurance account and they couldn't receive my benefits and therefore I had to cancel. I then proceeded to embarrass myself by complaining about my medical insurance and it turned not to be their fault!!! My wife then phoned spec savers welkom to explain that it is their fault and that due to my long working hours i can't make another appointment and the lady at reception is really not helpful and gives the impression that she doesn't want to help a person or even work. I don't care if it is a friday or a public holiday service is service!! We are disgusted in the poor service we received and this is the 1st time ive ever gone to them and sure enough i won't go again..
