Not assisting me
I went to the specsavers branch to test my sons eyes. For it is advertised that children between the age of 6 and 12 years can get a free eye test and also their first pair of glasses if they need. The 2 ladies in front told me in a very short manner that it is only from the age of 12 that they can test his eyes, as if they just wanted to get rid of me. When I came to to carletonville I saw on the window of a specsaver that the advert says from ages 6 to 12. Therefore I have the feeling that the ladies just did not want to help me and would rather just sit and make money where they are. I usually also do my glasses at specsavers due to the fact that I can use my edgars card. But after that incident that people dont want to help you there I am considering using another store.
