Not a happy first time spec-savers customer

As a first time Spec-savers customer, I am highly disappointed in the expertise of technicians and attitude. I also really feel the quality, designs, size and colors of your frames are ridiculous,in the sense that you don't really cater for the Conservative people. Also a lot of your frames are so flimsy that I am recommended not to choose those but yet it is kept on display?? I had to choose another frame as the one i chose was of low quality. I think you need to work on your guys frames. Is this why you have a special that the frame is for free.
