Nonexistent billing

I received an sms from a collection company to pay an outstanding debt. First time i have heard of this. Phoned and found out that it relates to Specsavers Northgate. My wife had been to them earlier this year for glasses. Spoke to Wiseman at the branch and he insists that they have sent SMS's to us for the balance owing. We did not receive the SMS nor an invoice for this. How convenient that when i queried if he had sent the invoice for payment by email or post, he could not provide an answer. These are details that were provided twice over the last two years. Nor have they had the courtesy to phone either my wife or myself. <br> <br> The inability to of this business to administer the accounts means i have to pay the admin costs for the collection of this debt. Which until today, I was unaware of. Absolutley pathetic and atrocious. <br> <br> *********** customers for their own inefficiencies.<br> <br> Wiseman told me that I must deal with the collection company! Again no regard for the customer that you have failed to advise on the outstanding amount.<br> <br> We certainly will not be using the services of SpecSavers again.<br> <br>
