Nombulelo Memela. Spec Savers Northgate

I had my eyes tested by an incredible optometrist at Spec Savers Northgate, Nombulelo Memela awhile ago and I wasn't wearing my glasses due to frames not fitting well which i should have picked up when I tried them on initially, and I took them in today to see if the could sort anything out, and the wonderful lady mentioned above came to the front of the shop and told me to pick new frames and they would sort out new lenses for the new glasses at no cost to me. I was over the moon. Firstly, the lovely optometrist recognized me immediately and she must see many people.. I was SO VERY IMPRESSED with the amazing service I received and I will never go elsewhere when I need my eyes tested or new glasses in future. Many many thanks Nombulelo Memela.
