no response/feedback from supplier
i have logged a complaint last year Feb 2015 and to date have received no response from Spec savers for the ***** up they made with my daughter's appointment!<br> this is totally unacceptable!<br> they do not give a damn about clients or lack of service - hence the inconvenience caused!
