No Response

<p>I have requested Noordvaal Specsavers to send me documentation, certificates,prescription information to me, as I am traveling alot for work, and would need that, should I need to go to an optometrist. This was requested on 26 July. I have since then not recieved any feedback from them. I feel this is utterly dissgracefull, and poor service. This now probably means I have to go all the way to Pretoria out of my busy schedule to collect it myself. I'm not even near Pretoria. I really feel that Specsaver could be a bit more helpfull</p>
