No Help
Hi. I made a call to your call centre to get information on your six months free interest. I am on medical aid but currently in my self payment gap. Before I even get to explain myself to the call agent who was a Lionel (I could be mistaken), he tells me I have to call Discovery and do I know this is Spec Savers Headoffice. I just want to ask a question thats ALL. I get put through to Portia Mabala who is no help either!!! I believe their managers name is Chantell Giulietti.<br> <br> I called Discovery and they told me I have to speak to someone from SpecSavers. <br> <br> I can not believe the service.<br> <br> I would like someone to come back to me ASAP on this and in the mean time I will try phone a branch and get some assistance!!!

The call centre agents have undergone Customer Service Training to equip them and to avoid similar incidents.
