No assistance from Specsavers SA

I bought 2 pair of glasses at Specsavers Potchefstroom, the frames are scew. I get headaches from the scew frames. Specsavers Potchefstroom tried to replace the glasses but Specsavers SA does not want to assist. I paid over R7000 for my glasses. My husband also bought 2 pairs. We will never buy from them again if the customer service is so bad. I did report it but no feedback. Specsavers Potchefstroom also get no assistance. Ticket number 610220
