No appointment until MARCH 2016???
I have been a customer at Specsavers Rynfield for a number of years now, when I wanted to book my child for an eye test for the Right to Sight promotion, which he has made use of twice now but is however again due for a check-up, I was told that Specsavers Rynfield is fully booked up until March next year for this promotion.

For a kids eye test that will take a few minutes there is no appointment until March next year??? What a joke.

This is a pathetic service. I actually cannot believe it.

For this reason I would rather take my business elsewhere even if it means I have to pay for the eye test. And just for your information Northmead Square Value Vision Optometrists offers a free eye test and I got an appointment next week, not March next year.

Specsavers is a real *******.
