Nightmare to make an online booking for a kid

I refer to the person named Mera's review dated 15 July 2024. I wholeheartedly agree with her . I've been trying since the beginning of this year, everyday to make an appointment for March. Their system don't allow to make the appointment before the 17th, as that was the date she was seen last year. How can every branch be fully booked on each day? I don't want to make a double appointment just so to get an opening. I think something should be done about this. And no, I don't want a response from Specsavers , as I think they could do much much better to attract clients.
