New glasses

<p>I had an eye test in January and waited a month for the glasses to be made. I wore them for one day and the very next day, one of the lenses dropped out. I went back and was told that they were going to replace the lens but I have to keep the broken glasses with me......not ideal as I had to keep pushing the lens back into the frame. I went back again and was given a 2 month supply of contact lenses and still waited for the call to say that my glasses were ready for pickup. They gave them back to me but its frame was now bent and the lens still not fitting flush with the frame. And the arms are now stretched and falling off my face and unfortunately I stood on them. now the glasses are completely out of shape . the long and short of this story is that this has been happening since January.It's now June. Their service is appalling and I will never ever go back there in my life time.</p>
