I am so appalled with the service received from Westgate spec savers , <br> I went for an eye test two weeks ago and was told that my glasses will be received in 7days. 7 days later I get a call telling me that my glasses were delivered to the wrong practice...<br> I understood and accepted it as human error ..<br> then yesterday I went to fetch my glasses only to realize that it is an incorrect prescription...<br> so I had to take them back today when I get there I get an \oops we made a mistake"not even an apology...<br> never again I am beyond ****ed"""
