My Mom went to their Westgate mall branch to get her glasses after paying and choosing a frame coz they refused to use her old one
My Mom went to their Westgate mall branch to get her glasses after paying and choosing a frame coz they refused to use her old one.When she went there only to find that her glasses are ready but with a different frame from what she chose...she's very disappointed and feels like she's taken advantage of because she's a pensioner!
