My glasses were not okay

I went to spec-savers in Menlyn in February and since then my glasses were never okay, I went for another examination last month, but they were worse and I didn't take them, they said they will call me for another appointment or refer me to another optometrist but till today I never got any call or anything. They are completely quiet and I need my glasses.
