My frame was broken and scratched by SpecSavers.

I got my new pait of glasses from Spec savers Eastrand mall. I asked them to put a tint on my glasses and charged me R1500 for it. When I got them back the frame haf been damaged and told me there isn't anything they can do because I brought my own frame. However what they know that the frame was bought at another branch. Im suppose to wear these new glasses for the next 2 year and they already look old and scratched. This is unacceptable for a business so big. I figured I could trust them because I had used spec savers before.
