Multi-focals

<p>After my eye test in April 2016 I got my multi-focals. After 3 weeks I went back as I could not read with the multi-focals. If I wanted to read I had to lift the glasses up. Specsavers Herm**** suggested they make me a pair of reading glasses which I had done because I could not read with the multi-focals. I WASTED R3255 for the multi-focals as they are useless to me. I can not even wear them when I drive my car. I will never use Specsavers ever to get spectacles as it was a waste of money. I will rather pay more and get spectacles that I can use.</p>

I would like to thank Charles Gotz from Specsavers Herm**** for re-testing my eyes and "fixing" my Multifocals. He followed up after I had my "new" multifocals to make sure I was happy with them. Thanks I really appreciate the extra mile you have gone to make sure my multifocals are 110% .
