Misleading information and no aaccountability

I have been waiting for a response from Specsavers but to date no one has answers instead i received a call from a lady that was not concerned that the Bellvile Middestad Mall had **** about the term and conditions and i am still sitting without my glasses and no explanation instead different lies.
