Misconduct regarding promotional package at Sunnypark shop.

I went to a specsavers store in Sunnypark in August and there was a promotional package for R1500 off your frame.I conducted an eye test ,thereafter chose a frame then the practice manager told me that the promotion app**** only to people who were to take take tinting and anti something which later turned out to not have been true, as I went to another specsaver shop in Noordvaal and was assisted properly. I sent an email with a complaint to a lady named Cindy with my story and concern that I could not pay for the eye test as it was because of having been misinformed by the practice manager at Sunnypark that I had to go elsewhere,the response she gave me was that they were to conduct an investigation .Today I learn that Sunnypark Spec-savers had in-fact claimed from the medical aid for the eye test.
