Mary you are an absolute asset to the company

<p>I have had non-stop problems with spec-savers tygervalley from having my script lost to having my medical aid charged for someone else's items, to a failure to order my contact lenses all together. I was fortunate when I finally went to collect my contact lenses today (been waiting since August 2016) that Mary was visiting the branch and was able to assist. She apologised for the inconvenience and treated me with absolute grace and professionalism. She is the only reason I will trust spec-savers or go there again in future. I wish more of your staff were as stellar as her.</p>
