Mall of the south Not happy with glasses at all

<p>Good day I have bought glasses at Spec Savers Mall of the South- first when I picked it up, I have multifocus in, that I did not want, I took the glasses and after 2 days took it back because I could not focus with the glasses, the then took it out and after 2 weeks I received it again, without the multifocus, Then now I am wearing it almost for a week and still I can not really see with it, yesterday in an important meeting, I had to stop the meeting because I could not read my presentation. This is not acceptable, I want a refund a full refund for this glasses, you can have it back and I will go somewhere else, I must travel 60km to get this glasses and everytime this is not for my eyes. I demand a full refund when I return this glasses to you. I want glasses to help me not give me headaches and let me not see better. Aletta Van Zyl</p>
