Looking down on people

I accompanied my mom to get her eye test at spec savers wonderpark as she needed new specs. We got there and we were welcomed into the store and we had to wait a moment for the optometrist, when she came to take us to her office we thought all is well until she started the evaluation, on a regular basis the optometrist welcomes us and greets us talks to us for a moment before starting the evaluation well ok, she continued she and she kept speaking to my mom in a condescending tone. She continued evaluating and I assumed maybe it was just because it was our first meeting ok. She continued speaking to my mom rudely and I thought it was fine. My mom and I didn’t react or comment on this but however for future reference or for other clients she must really consider changing her attitude for other customers. Her name is Tshegofatso Seema.
