LONG WAIT WITH SPEC-SAVERS

Been waiting forever for specs that's been payed for upfront. Had my first appointment on 03 Feb 2018 then waited almost 2 weeks for specs. Received specs which was not correct. Then got another eye test appointment for 25 Feb 2018. To date I am still waiting for my specs. I called yesterday and it was the only reason i received a sms to say my specs will be ready 13 March 2018. The specs where payed for on 03 Feb 2018 already. Think this is just ridiculous to wait this long!! Wish i didn't pay upfront so I could cancel.
