Lies lies lies
<p>My glasses were ready for collection within 4 days. The prescription was off, had the test done again and new lenses ordered.</p> <p>Now (13 business days later) they're telling me every day that my glasses will be ready even though they're not.</p> <p>Why is the Hartbee****rt branch so bad? My sister-in-law had the exact same experience.</p> <p>Why do you lie to me?</p> <p>How do I get my glasses?</p>
