LIES AND NOT PROMOTION

My husband went to your Vereeniging branch because he had a dentist appointment and it was in the same building - he has been going to the Vaal Mall branch for a couple of years - great service there. <br> He went for the Summer promotion as he wanted to get a pair of sunglasses as well. After his appointment when it got to the picking of a frame he told the lady that he does not want to pay in on a frame as he does not have the money for it. She did not listen and at the end the frame that was taken is R500 inexcess for our account. where he also was told that it will only be send in after he paid the amount outstanding. He was also told that he can't get the sunglases that he want as this is not part of the promotion (I have downloaded from your website the sunglasses that he could have choose from and the one that he picked was in the promotion - less than R2200). And it was on black friday for the black friday promotion of which they also knew nothing about. After his visit we went on your website and found a frame that the medical aid will pay in full and that he accually wanted. Why was this not given to him? We want the reason why he can't get what he was promised!
