*****, lazy and ignore complaints.

I contacted the one at Edenvale Medicross and was **** to. I needed an eye test as I was booking online but was told they only do it if I failed. Really??? Then sitting at Centurion the other people told me they didn't pay at Specsavers and weren't told that. So I was **** to.

I am new to Edenvale and need glasses but don't think I will go the Specsavers route. I would rather pay more than use them! What if they lie to me about the price? Or what is wrong with my eyes?

To top that off I complained to SpecSavers on their website and received 0 feedback from them.

Not only do they lie but they ignore you too. Definitely won't consider them. Torga Optical was awesome! I didn't mind paying R50 for the test because the service was just so much better. Will be going back for my screening and glasses!
