Lens problems still

I had my eyes retested in the begin of the year and got new frames and lens but i have only had problems i have take the specs back to spec savers and the replaced the frame saying it was bent and this was the problem with the lens i still have the same problem i can not look left or right out of the lens an it blurs please if some one could help i paid alot for the frame and lens. and dont want to keep going back to the same person if the are unable to help me.
