Lazy Staff and wrong information

I went to the Specsavers in Galleria Mall to get the eye test done for a license renewal. I did go there on a Sunday (stilll no excuse). The lady who I spoke to at first gave us the wrong information insisting that the traffic department would not accept the eye test certificate which all optometrists deal with. I know for a fact that it is still accepted and in fact, the person at the traffic department said it make things easier if I have the certificate. When I insisted on this, she said it would cost R100, I said that is fine. Even though at the Oribi Plaza branch, the test and certificate is free. She then tells me that the optician is not going to see me even though there is more than an hour till closing time and there was noone in the queue and the test takes all of five minutes.

I find the service absolutely ridiculous and the excuses for not helping me absolutely dumb and lazy!!!
