Late & No Feedback
I had my eye test on 28 Dec at the Spec Savers in Brits North West. I was told I would receive the glasses the following Wednesday. No phone call I go in the Saturday and am informed they will call me.
I wait another week still no phone call, again I go in and am told the glasses should have been there already but they will call and find out.
Today I am told after I have to phone them, that the lens broke so they have to make new glasses.
What kind of service is this... If i hadn't kept going back for feedback I wouldn't have received feedback from the receptionist there.
