Knysna Great Service

Fantastic service from the branch in Knysna. It was my first time getting prescription glasses. The eye test itself was done well, and the optometrist guides you all the way to ensure you make the best decision whilst being patient and maintaining a smile. The ladies at the front desk were also extremely friendly and helpful in choosing a suitable frame for my face, and advocating for the anti glare lens enhancement - which I was reluctant to pay for at first. The anti glare has made nightime driving much less blinding and thus much safer. I was also given an additional high quality cloth to clean my lenses with, which I really appreciate. All in all, excellent service!
