Kids right to sight

My girlfriends 8 year old son are urgently in need of glasses. He did receive glasses before from your guys. He struggling from January this year too get a appointment. She went in because his appointment was due for August 2019 The Brakpan branch keep on telling her come back in a months time too make appointment. She were trying every month too get a appointment. It is now August2019 Yesterday they told her She only can get appointment for him in August 2020. The Brakpan Branch said in a rude way she must rather try another Branch This means he is going too were the same glasses for 2 years. I repaired is glasses tonight. The glass fallen out. By looking at condition of his glasses it reach the point of beyond repair. Why didn't Brakpan told her earlier sorry we can't help your son. At least she could made a plan. She is a single mother with three children. "Kids right to Sight."Too add too Brakpan branch rudeness. I am single father with a 7 year old daughter. She came right with a appointment. But the optometrist was so rude too her. She was not tested becuase my daughter was so scared she had an anxiety attack. I took her too my optometrist I am going for years. After a big struggle we got her eyes tested. Because she was scared after the Brakpan Branch experience.
