KIDS ONLY HAVE THE RIGHT TO SEE...WHEN IT SUITS SPEC SAVERS - SUCH A DISAPPOINTMENT

EVERY CHILD HAS A RIGHT TO SEE....Really????

I contacted Spec-Savers at Mall of Africa to get an appointment for my housekeeper's daughter. Only to be told that you only take appointments between 10:00am and 3:00pm. How is this a possibility if the mothers work and the kids are at school. They have to get there by Taxi so that takes more time as well.

I initially thought that this was a great thing you guys are running, but its not actually. you only put it in , in times that suit you. Its actually so disappointing and i will go out of my way to tell people this little fact. Sorry for the kids who's mothers work...I guess they will just have to deal with not being able to see. WELL DONE!!

Thank you for NOT ACTUALLY GIVING EACH CHILD THE RIGHT TO SEE

Dear Spec-Savers So... even after two attempts of getting any response from Spec-Savers, no one has contacted me AT ALL!! But besides that, you are now discriminating against children!! I called your spec-savers Mall of Africa branch, to make an appointment seeing as my housekeeper will be able to take her daughter next thursday, only to be told, you only help south african children. I'm so over you guys and i will go on every single public platform to tell people what you are!!! SPEC SAVERS DOES NOT GIVE A **** ABOUT THE CHILDREN....!!! Well done!
