This past saturday 17/10/2020 i was left disgusted by what happened in Spec-savers Woodlands Mall (Pretoria) branch, i wanted to do an eye test on top of that buy spectacles since i was buying cash and wanted to take advantage of the current promotion they are running i had to ask few questions, I must add the young lady in the reception was kind enough to assist me but the optemetrist left while i was in the store busy asking questions. I am now thinking after so many i have been using spec-savers my money is not good enough or i seemed poor to afford spectacles? Or i was not worth spending "her time" on? What happened to customer service? I am so ****ed of and i will be taking my not so not good enough money somewhere else and want to encourage others to do the same.
